Prices Shown on Website
The prices shown on this website are the beginning price for an item. The beginning price is generally the smallest size with no extra features. The prices may increase as the size increases and there are extra costs for extra features such but not limited to tall shirts, long shirts, tall or longer inseams. The full price will be loaded into the shopping cart and you will be able to see if any additional costs are added as your proceed with loading an item into the shopping cart.

Return Policy / Exchange Policy
** COVID-19 EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2020 till further notice we are not accepting any returns for any reason except we will accept exchanges for defective products or if the incorrect item is supplied. Products that are defective will be replaced only, no refunds.  If you order an item and the wrong item is sent this will be replaced no refunds. This Policy Change overrides the normal exchange policy to follow. **   [** THE FOLLOWING POLICY IS SUSPENDED AS OF MARCH 1, 2020 TILL FUTHER NOTICE **Canada and USA customers if you are not pleased with your new purchase contact us within 5 days of receipt and we'll gladly exchange it the merchandise for a similar item. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee and you will have to pay all shipping associated with the exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping to the factory and you will have to prepay us the restocking fee and prepay us for the return shipping. If your purchase was for a gift and there is a delay in finding out that there is a problem just let us know and we will try to accommodate you. We are a family owned company and value each and every one of our customers. We will "go the extra mile" to satisfy you. All products returned for exchange or refund MUST be in new condition - no exceptions. Returns will be accepted ONLY with a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by the Codet customer service department that are returned to the address provided by us at the same time we give you an (RA) number from the factory. You MUST contact us for return instructions before sending back the merchandise so that we can advise you of the RA number. No refunds will be given otherwise. If you ship a return to the wrong address or you ship without an (RA) number (either or both), you forfeit all rights to any refund of any kind and the product will be considered abandoned. If product is abandoned, It will not be returned to you even if found nor will a refund on any kind be given. Please note that we do not refund or credit the shipping and processing charges and we do charge a 25% restocking fee to reimburse the factory and us for our time and expenses associated with the order and you will be charged the full amount of the shipping cost to reship your exchanged item. Some orders that are canceled before they are shipped will have a 25% cancelation fee on the product however, all the shipping charge will be refunded. If you are wanting to returning the product and there is no exchange involved you will be charged a 35% restocking fee for any items and you MUST still ask for and receive and RA# from us prior to the return. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no exception for this fee. Again, the product must be in absolutely new condition. If the product arrives to Codet without a Return Authorization they will not know what to do with the product and you will loose all rights to any type of refund or assistance. If the product arrives back to Codet smelling like smoke or any other unusual order or stained in any way, they will not accept the product as being in new condition and there will be not refund of any kind. Bottom line, the returned must arrive in original condition (no damage, original labels, tags attached etc…) . Please be assured that if you order something and the wrong item is sent or the item is defective when you open the box we will take care of this type of issue with no additional costs to you. Customers who really want an out of stock item and place a long term open order will be charged in full for the item and shipping costs when the order is place. The order will stay open in our system until it is shipped to the customer. If the customer decides to cancel this item for any reason there will be a 30% cancelation fee to help cover the administrative costs associated with processing and then terminating the order. International Customers ( other than Canada ) due to extreme costs of shipping and handling of international orders there are no returns or exchanges. Please be assured that if you order something and the wrong item is sent or the item is defective when you open the box we will take care of this type of issue with no additional costs to you if you notify us within 3 days of the package arriving. ]

Flame Resistant Work Wear Policy
Codet Newport Corporation guarantees that a reasonable and representative test made under the procedure provided in section 4 of the Federal Flammable Fabric Act shows that the fabrics contained in our garments are not, under the provision of the section of the act, so highly flammable as to be dangerous when worn by individuals. LCL Supply Company is a retailer of Codet Corporation apparel and has not conducted any independent testing of the flame resistance of the fabrics. The purchaser of any flame resistant Codet product purchased from LCL Supply Company specifically releases LCL Supply Company from any liability related to fabric flammability. Your purchase of these products constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Shipping Domestic and International Mountain View Products
(www.workwearheadquarters.com) stirves to provide a reasonable shipping option for our customers. All our shipments are FOB Vermont USA. UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS These quality products are very heavy for clothing and therefor have large shipping costs associated with them when they ship. The shipping to the contiguous 48 United States of America in some cases is paid for in full by Mountain View Products as a promotional item, however if there is more than one shipment involved with an order the customer will be charged for all shipments other than the one free shipment, the free shipping promotion is only one free shipment per qualifying order and the carrier is the choice of Mountain View Products and will probably be a slow method of shipping. Customers who live in Alaska and Hawaii have a separate shipping option and no shipping to those states nor any United States Territory is free, the shipping rates are in the drop down box in the shipping options of the shopping cart. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS The extremely high quality products that we offer are extremely heavy and due to that reason they are extremely expensive to ship to Canada and Europe. We are honestly not attempting to over charge for international shipping. All international customers will have to pay their own Duty, Taxes, VAT's and any other fees when your package arrives to you. WE WILL NEVER UNDERSTATE THE DECLAIRED VALUE TO FRAUD THE CUSTOMS SYSTEM, please do not even ask us to, we will not do this for any customer ever. To our CANADIAN CUSTOMERS we have a special note for you. If your order is over $1,200.00 US Dollars we will attempt to arrange a special one time shipping from the Codet Canadian facility. This will greatly help in reducing the shipping costs, but please understand this is still expensive due to the large weight of the products. ERUOPIAN CUSTOMERS raw shipping costs generally start around $60.00 US Dollars before any administrative time is added in for preparing the customs documentation and cost of proper packaging and the extra effort involved in properly preparing a European international shipment. Unfortunately, your shipping costs for these products is very expensive. If you desire insurance for your shipment this will be an extra charge and you will need to specifically ask for this feature. All European international shipments are at the risk of the customer for damage and or lost packages. We will not replace any item that is damaged in an international shipment to Europe nor will we replace any item that is lost in transit during an international shipment to Europe. We will provide the customer with shipping details and or a tracking number from the United States Postal Service. All European international shipments are shipped only by the United States Postal Service. We will not ship by any other carrier. If you select the incorrect shipping for your country you are agreeing to allow us to automatically correct the value generated by the shopping cart without notifying you, this is your notification. Please understand European international shipping has risks that are real, however, Mountain View Products has been shipping for over a decade all over the world and we have only had very few international packages lost or damaged. As of the writing of this statement that number is less than six packages ever lost or damaged. Should you decide to order from us you agree to these terms by continuing to with completing this order. These terms apply for online orders, mail in orders, and phone orders. ASIAN CUSTOMERS your shipping conditions are the same as those set forth for the European customer.
